Every month you get a statement: hours run, work carried out, spend against budget, and anything upcoming. No line item appears without a prior approval above an agreed threshold.
Charter offset
If you want the boat to earn while you are not using it, we will place it in the Saildeck charter fleet, handle bookings and crew, and account for revenue transparently. Commercial registration and insurance need to be right first — we will tell you honestly whether your vessel qualifies.

What does yacht management cost in India?
Management fees are usually quoted as a monthly retainer scaled to vessel size and crew count, separate from the actual running costs which are billed at cost. As a planning figure, total annual running costs on a private yacht tend to land near ten percent of the vessel's value.
Do you manage boats you did not sell?
Yes. Most of the vessels we manage were bought elsewhere. We start with a condition survey so both sides know what we are taking on.
Can you manage a yacht berthed outside Mumbai?
We manage vessels in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Goa directly. Elsewhere on the Indian coast we work through vetted local partners with our own supervision, and we will say so clearly rather than pretend to a presence we do not have.
Who employs the crew?
Crew can be employed by you with us administering payroll and compliance, or engaged through us entirely. Owners with charter use usually prefer the second, because it simplifies liability.
