A corporate yacht charter is a genuinely effective way to run a client event or a team offsite — it forces a different kind of conversation than a conference room, and it is memorable in a way most corporate venues are not.
Choosing the format
A half-day static charter suits a working offsite with a fixed agenda. A sunset cruise works better for client entertaining, where the point is the atmosphere rather than a schedule. Full-day charters combine both, with structured time in the morning and a relaxed afternoon.
Invoicing and paperwork
Most operators, including us, provide a GST invoice for corporate bookings on request — confirm this before you book if it matters for your company's expense process.
Practical logistics
Fixed timings matter more for a corporate event than a leisure charter — confirm boarding time, return time and a contingency plan for anyone running late. Ground transfers from the office to the jetty can usually be arranged as part of the booking.
